At Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions, we take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards in our work. The medical equipment we install in hospitals across the country is critical to delivering excellent patient care, and we take our responsibility seriously. Within our company, we have developed quality metrics to ensure we are safe, efficient and consistent. We never settle for ‘good’ when our goal is to be exceptional.

Professionalism & Preparation

Our team is a reflection of our clients, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Every engagement we have with hospital staff or other vendors and stakeholders is an opportunity to be prepared, professional, and courteous. We display our professionalism and preparedness through our:

Product Knowledge

There are always at least two employees on site with hands-on experience installing systems. New employees are third on the job until they move up to second, after completing 90 days of onboarding and working on a minimum of 10 projects. If the OEM has a new product to install, they provide training for our team leads, who are then approved train additional team members.

Project Management

Ongoing reporting and project management are an important part of meeting our quality standards. We provide daily status updates to customers, informing them about our timing and letting them know if there are any changes to our schedule and if so, how our team is accommodating or adjusting to keep the project on track.

Performance

Our top priority is to execute each project on schedule and error free. We emphasize:

Timeliness

We ensure our equipment and team are ready to go on time, every time. Our project coordination team and transportation team align efforts so each phase of an installation is smooth and streamlined.

Workmanship

An error-free installation is our marker of success. Our teams follow precise process and protocols of our certified ISO-9001 quality system to provide best in class service every time.

Communication

Good communication is key because projects are dynamic, and circumstances can change quickly. By being in constant contact with our team members and providing daily detailed progress updates, we can mitigate potential problems and find solutions in real time.
